BROUGHT TO YOU BY
A true creative dream come true for this “new old guy” who’s been in the game for over 53 years, my six-volume audio biopic, THE BOOK OF BENJAMIN, is a heartfelt, perhaps overly ambitious but soul-essential, absolutely joy-filled chronicle of my career as a most prolific yet largely obscure, till now anyway behind the scene forces to contemporary music – particularly rock and roll.
But before you start checking out some of the tracks of what’s been called “The Greatest Music Never Heard,” I want to share with you how blessed I feel to have been part of this history. During this time, these “folks that I’m brought to you by”…I got to know and learned invaluable musical skills and life lessons from read like the proverbial “who’s who” of classic rock, R&B, and jazz. As you listen to The Book of Benjamin, time travel along to sessions and hangs with the who’s who...

But most of all, having the opportunity to be around these incredible musicians, incredible humans. Hang out, and get to know them. Be given the privilege to absorb their talent and the gift of working with them. Interacting musically. Mind-boggling. This was our peer group. Our dinner club. You had to earn your way in. Once there…
